Information can be defined as a structured representation using data and interpretations from a certain viewpoint. It is structured, articulated, codified, and stored in certain media. The most common forms of information are manuals, documents, and audio-visual materials. Information is not related to individuals but it has an interpretative content. By watching the daily news from different countries it is easy to witness how different information can be about the same facts and events [Kucharavy, De Guio, 2009]
